They say "Spike helps teams stay connected with conversational email, chat, video calls and collaborative tools built into a seamless, powerful inbox." - It's kinda a mashup of Slack and Gmail and I immediately saw the utility over using just those solutions. Spike (spikenow) is a really interesting tool for communication and collaboration.
